Probably yes but it will void warranty .

i agree, if you change the ROM version, not official, they will refuse to give you warranty service any more.0

Have you tried just installing the Google Now launcher? I know it won't make all the settings and things 'stock', but at least you get a 'stock feeling'0

I've got that but I used to have a nexus 5 and I just love stock android.Probably yes but it will void warranty .
