This is very similar to some competitions that have been posted before (eg here and here). It may be a continuation of the same competition (there is no sign of an end date on any of them) but I recieved this in an email today and the entry form is different so I think it is a new one. But if you at all unsure don't enter again as it is one entry per person, multiple entries disqualified.
