    Hi Guys

I complained after reading the article I initially posted.
I found it unfair for people to default, be in arrears andhave in all wiped & default removed.
Whilst I had a default, yet paid it off.

After complaining they obv saw sense and removed it.Straight away my credit improved from Poor to Fair.

I think if you have a similar situation, then complain mate.

Hang on... so if you defaulted a Wonga loan they remove all trace but if you didn't the trace still remains? Being that I took out a Wonga loan on several occasions under the impression it would 'improve my score' (their words) I since found out it actually damaged it despite never defaulting or paying it back late...
If that's right it hardly seems fair! lol

    Hi guys

Sorry. I don't understand this thread & the guy above. Are people complaining to have searches done on their credit file removed?

I took out a few wonga loans last year. Can I have all trace of them removed if I complain.

    thanks.

MNM... I actually complained to both Experian and Wonga. Although I believe it was Wonga who actioned it and removed the default and record.

However, the other loans I have taken out by Wonga, are still shown on credit report. As loans made and paid back.

So it was just the 1 loan, which defaulted that I complained about and had removed. Both default and history of loan!

    Hope this helps clarify

Thanks bamgbost. Did you write in or email to them? i havent had any dealings with these kind of companies in a while. Rid my hands of debt but my credit file is messed up so if i can get this removed it would be helpful.

If you have an email address or something you used id appreciate that if you can link it please.
