Prepaid Credit Card (Topping up)

I've tried to google the answers but my google-fu seems weak this morning:

Does topping up such a card count as a cash advance?

Or can I perform a balance transfer to a prepaid card?

Are you sure you can do this with a CC?
If you do, I'd be surprised if it wasn't a cash advance.

You most definitely cant do a balance transfer like that, however you can do money transfer if your credit card issuer allows it like MBNA, and your prepaid card gives you a personal bank account number like Cash Plus
