Anybody also having problems logging into Charles Stanley Direct?

Strangely, I have just received a blank email off them too. :think:

Maybe they just could not find the words to say that this mornings trading has been just so good I now have too much money in my account and should retire this instant and go fishing :j

The e-mail was a summary of everything you own with them, looks like you've been wiped out.:p

joking aside I received the same blank e-mail.

Same issues here. Very slow and blank email received. I've sent them an instant message but have not yet received a response.

Gmail conveniently gives extra information if the 'sender' appears to be someone else and in this case the blank email came 'via' ...(cant remember the company name....) and on checking this is the same company who send out CS's advertising mails that I have received before, so think this is just a glitsch in that companies email systems......

EDIT: the email comes from msgfocus.com which is operated by adestra.com who provide marketing email services

All back to normal when I left it alone for a couple of hours. This is what we get for checking our portfolios too much!

CSD have sent a follow up email apologising for the blank email which was sent in error.
