Hi all; sorry I haven't been around for a couple of days - we were out for the day on Monday, and yesterday I simply ran out of time, as I had doggies arriving at 18:30.:o
I've finally caught up - many thanks for all the birthday wishes; I loved the one specially written in Lurcha-speak!:D
We spent the day at Wrest Park on Monday; I get in free as I'm an English Heritage member, and Mr LW gets if free as my Carer.:money:

Nowt wrong with that - I have some very interesting conversations with my canine guests, and sometimes they talk back to me!

I've got two Cocker Spaniels with me for an 18-day stay; they're beautiful dogs, very time and energy consuming, but lovely natured. This makes 46 different dogs since I started doing this, in July 2009.:D

Good evening everyone,

It seems everyone has had lots more sun today, we've had more cloud today, although this evening has brightened up. I've got a load of washing ready to go out tomorrow:D

Work has been busy, just have more responsibility as now I am running the kitchen on my own, and my assistant is lovely, but I have to train her up to help with the cooking, so lots to think about.

I am feeling rather tired at the moment so I think an early night is in order again.

I have lots of seeds on the go indoors at the moment and a few outside. My tomatoes are doing really well and are getting really big, will have to plant them outside soon. I've just planted up some seed potatoes in a bag on the patio, but have run out of compost so will have to buy some more before I can do some more planting.
