Throughout August, Bluewater will be providing families with exciting children's entertainment, its first ever Motorshow and a 10km run as well as the best shopping, eating and leisure facilities available in one place in Europe.
Whilst shopping why not take some time out with the kids at one of Bluewater's mobile kids' zones which will be available both inside and outside? Children up to the ages of 13 will be welcome to come and enjoy fabulous free face painting, craft workshops and t-shirt designing sessions. Parents and children can work together to create masks, puppets and hats as well as a whole range of other exciting activities.
On the afternoon of Thursday 2nd August, the first Motorshow@Bluewater will be opened by well-known motoring journalist and broadcaster Quentin Wilson. Running until Sunday 5th August visitors will be able to admire the latest ranges from over 20 leading car manufacturers.
Are you feeling a bit sporty? Then why not take part in the first Bluewater 10km run in association with SheRunsHeRuns? Taking place on Sunday 12th August, it is just £20 for entry. For further details visit https://www.sherunsheruns.co.uk.
Also, on Thursdays throughout August, from 6pm to 8pm, Bluewater will be hosting cool musical evenings with Jazz in The Village'. Acts will include local singing sensation Shane Hampsheir. For further information visit https://www.bluewater.co.uk.
The leisure facilities include a 36ft climbing wall, where you can scale the heights of Bluewater, a boating lake, open from 11am to 6pm, and The Wild Explorer Trail. This takes you on a 1,500m walk around the beautifully landscaped parkland exploring Kent's flora and fauna. If all this tires you out then you can always take advantage of the onsite 12-screen cinema.
