SkyPark Secure parking damaged my car

I booked Easter holiday parking at Edinburgh Airport using the Skypark Secure link from MSE. This was the Edinburgh Official Plane Parking Meet and Greet service (booking ref CH151042783 ).
My son washed our car by hand the evening before we drove it to the airport. There were no scratches or damage to the front right hand bumper. To my horror as we came to pick up our Skoda Superb last Friday 17 April I spotted the scratched front bumper. I took photos on my iPhone and didn't let my wife or kids touch the car until I got an attendant from the parking booth. He wrote a report but took issue, claiming that they park hundreds of cars and don't damage them so why was I claiming they damaged mine? He never gave me a copy of the report but promised his manager would email me on Saturday 18 April. It's now 21 April and I never had any email or official acknowledgement from Edinburgh Official Plane Parking Meet and Greet service of my damage claim. I'm wondering how to take this further. I paid £22.09 for the parking but Skoda are likely to charge more than this to repair the damage.

REPLY ON BEHALF OF SKYPARKSECURE

"SkyParkSecure have not damaged your car, we are a Booking Agent for Airport Car Parking all over the UK and are based in Blackpool. SkyParkSecure has not had any direct contact with your vehicle.

This is the first that SkyParkSecure has heard of this matter.

The company your parking reservation was with and who you are referring to is Edinburgh Official Plane Parking Meet and Greet, owned and operated by Edinburgh Airport not ourselves."

It will either be down to their goodwill or what you can prove. Goodwill is probably your only option.

Presumably you checked car with an agent when you checked in and this shows no damage (or you took dated pics at drop off)

To give you a glimmer of hope I had a similar situation in Manchester a couple of years ago but when I collected the car the agent (mistakenly) gave me a copy of the check in sheet showing no damage. Mysteriously when I complained by email the next morning I was sent a copy of the same document showing damage was there when I dropped it off. Within 24hrs the car was at the Audi main dealer having a new wing/door all paid for by Manchester Airport

When I booked my car through SkyPark Secure I received confirmation from them containing the following:

"Whilst we endeavour to provide the perfect service, we understand that incidents may occur. Should you encounter any issues please do not hesitate to contact us. All complaints must be made to the service provider (car park) in person at the time of the occurrence, and then followed up in writing (email or letter) info@skyparksecure.com , which must be received by our company within 10 days of your return in order to be valid."
    So...
    1. I did contact the car park in line with your requirements. Their response is as detailed on this forum: they have failed to reply by email as they promised me they would.
    2. It's still within 10 days of Friday 17 April and I'm emailing you today at info@skyparksecure.com - I look forward to hearing back.

Just been phoned today by the Contracts manager for Empark UK, Edinburgh airport. He's emailed me "As agreed this morning please proceed with obtaining a quote to remove the scratches from your O/S/F bumper.
Then if you can email me the quote I will then discuss with our insurers and hopefully resolve."
