URGENT - baby monitor - Just under 1 year old and faulty

My Hermes is a cheap way of returning an item tracked( you might need to pay foralittle more insurance . With most returns I'd be pushing them for a returns label

Do you want them to send City Sprint to collect and drop off the new one in an hour? As others have said they only have your word its faulty.

@Simonsays - there was no complaint in my post at all. As I mentioned in my reply to a previous question(I assume you must have missed it in your haste, scrolling down to the 'post reply' field) there was a known fault with the batch, therefore not just my word that it's faulty.

Great news, Tommee Tippee provided us with a Freepost address, and the new monitor is now on its way to us. Many thanks for your help everyone!
