Savingschampion query

I signed up with Savingschampion some time ago and entered my details - I haven`t used it for a while but this week when I have logged on I keep getting the message "We`re really sorry but we couldn`t load your portfolio"
I emailed them and they have replied that there isn`t a problem but if I still can`t load the portfolio (I can`t) I should phone them.


I just wondered if anyone else is having this problem. And if I phone them are they going to try to talk me into paying for the service!
