Sygma / Creation refuse to update credit file

I'll keep you updated, but knowing the FOS they take ages to look at things and I havn't heard a peep out of Sygma they have all 5 of my accounts wrong. I hope you have better luck

Going to FOS is free for you but will cost £550 for them.

Still getting the run around from Sygma, even thought the mention if the ICO and FOS, seems to of got things moving a bit. They now say they have asked Experian to update the info to the correct dates, yet Experian say they have had no such email! Sygma were adamant they have sent one.


Hopefully Experian are going to change the info, as they said they can see it was changed to correct date then changed back a few days later and there is no reason for it.
They were marking it as urgent for the team that changes the info, so fx they will sort it. If not, I will have to go back to Sygma again and get them to email Experian again with the request to change the dates. Getting beyond ridiculous now.

Update:


Sygma have finally told the CRA's to update the default date to the correct one...... only taken them 2 years!! Checked Experian and it's all updated.
