I don't like the new look. It happened a couple of weeks ago for about half a day. I thought I'd broken it!!! Still on the old green 'un.

Hate the new version. Thank you enfield freddy for the link to get back to the professional looking, easily readable, original version.

What is it with web designers and white space. I've just ditched the BBC News website as the new one is a terrible design.

yes , and I did,nt intend it being a discussion , it was posted so that regular "techys" could forward that link to "newbies" that did not know that the MSE labs forum existed

I just checked again as you had me doubting myself - it definitely works on Google Chrome (why would you use anything else )

I use Chrome, its dead. as it is on IE11 and Firefox.

If it is a glitch I doubt they will bother sorting it. My search function hasn't worked for about 4 years and the haven't bothered with that.

If it works for other people using the same browsers then surely the glitch is at your end. Settings, cache, version, etc.
