Arrived at hotel abroad and hotel demanded I pay for whole stay upfront in cash or if I paid by credit card there's be a 4% surcharge. I would never have booked this if i'd known but cant find any contact info for uk.hotels.com besides a phone no but I don't want to spend a fortune phoning them adding more extra cost.
