Hi guys I have always wondered if I should do this would I be able to get money back I have had various fee connected to bounced direct debits nothing in the 1000's but still had them with abbey national (can't remember any address or account details 😤 ) and llyods n Tsb could I claim for these there going back over 5 years most likely and what's best course of action?

I have been on benefits most of the time n they have taken money from this to pay charges I recently had 40 taken to cover a missed DD:mad:

Banks are allowed to make charges. They won the court case.

However, your current bank may consider recent charges refunds where you can show you are CURRENTLY in financial hardship. Historic hardship does not count.
