Can I claim

Hi guys I have always wondered if I should do this would I be able to get money back I have had various fee connected to bounced direct debits nothing in the 1000's but still had them with abbey national (can't remember any address or account details 😤 ) and llyods n Tsb could I claim for these there going back over 5 years most likely and what's best course of action?
I have been on benefits most of the time n they have taken money from this to pay charges I recently had 40 taken to cover a missed DD:mad:

Banks are allowed to make charges. They won the court case.
However, your current bank may consider recent charges refunds where you can show you are CURRENTLY in financial hardship.
