Does anybody have any recommendations for a conveyancer (purchasing a property) in manchester?
Looking to buy a property in an upcoming auction so trying to look for one which has had some good reviews, as usual its 28 days to complete after the hammer falls so hence looking for one who is fairly local to the manchester area. Thanks

We used Rupert Wood in Ashton for ours, they were very good - everything was done very promptly and they have experience of dealing with auction properties - we nearly bought one and they were aware and prepared for the 28 day turn around. They gave us advice pre purchase too regarding any potential issues with buying the property.0

I'm using Birchall Blackburn and they have been good and reasonably priced too.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 0650

thanks guys, will give them both a call tomorrow. Just found out its only 14 day completion period so will have to try and get this ball in place asap so that it starts as soon as the hammer falls! lol
if anybody has any other recommendations in the meantime please feel free to suggest. Thanks0 -
We used Kuitts in the centre of Manchester, complex purchase but sorted in record time.0
