paymypcn.net

Firstly, apologies, as I know there's load of information in the forums already on this subject....but my brain is exploding from sifting through it!
Last week, I visited client premises (serviced offices) where the parking is controlled by TESCB, members of IPC. Parking is free but you have to obtain a pass - there was nobody on the desk when I arrived and I had to go straight to a meeting in the client's car, after which I forgot to get a pass. So I later found I had a ticket for a 7 minute window (despite having been there for 5 hours!). I tried to appeal via paymypcn.net but the website was playing up so I did it via email and sent a letter from the client confirming that I was parked legitimately. I requested a 'read receipt' which I didn't get, but logging on this morning I can see that my appeal has been rejected - I've received no official notification of this. Reading this forum I perhaps shouldn't have given them my name and address - too late! Other info, in case it's relevant - TESGB had taken 3 photos of my car, the interior of my car and the car park signage (one of the photos shows empty spaces so it's not as if I was preventing others parking, nor was I depriving anyone of revenue as parking is free).
Any suggestions as to what I should do next please?

your concerns are with TESCB not some stuck up collection company , all communications to TESCB , not paymypcn. await a notice to keeper within days 28 and 52 (?) of the ticket being applied to your car , so far you have only spoken with another company ,

I hadn't looked at it like that - that's really helpful, thank you.

taken from there website , under facts : Parking on private land is different, charges that are imposed by parking operators are usually based in contract (either as damages or consideration) or on the law of trespass.

    http://www.tsp-cpm.com/faqs.php

they don,t own the land , only the owner can lay charges for trespass , go back and read the stickie pages , you will learn a lot , quickly .

those companies are not your friends , they will lie and cheat all day to get your money
