we will take our clients instructions regarding how they wish to proceed which may include considering issuing legal proceedings.

Weasel words meaning that they will NOT be taking you to court themselves.

As this is a UKCPS invoice, v.a.t. must be accounted for, did UKCPS or Miah include ant tax in their paperwork? If not, read here

We find ouselves in exactly the same situation as Volcano82 - the first thread i have read on here that is the same set of circumstances hence why I am posting on here and not starting a new thread.

We dont know whether to continue to ignore as we didnt respond in the early stages (now a year down the line) or should we use the letter posted by zzzLazyDaisy in the post to mnkuton 19th Feb - is this appropriate in this case, Parked out of bay. I just want them off our backs and an end to it to be honest.

As you are seeking advice it would be proper if you did.

The "rule" here concerning one case, one thread applies to you too.

If the circumstances are identical to yours then the answers are identical too.

What exactly do you want to get off your back? Are a few silly debt collector letters harming you in some way? (Don't answer here, if you want people to repeat the advice they've already given to Volcano82 please start your own thread).
