    Big thank you Coupon Mad for the letter you gave above.

    However turns out as I was waiting for a contact in BPA, they contacted me first to say Parking Eye have dropped the second charge.

    So Great - this ordeal has now finally come to an end, and another success story for the MSE forums, a big thanks to all you guys on here, for helping people fight these bandits.

    I now hope that my template letters can help others win their cases.

    I might be being thick, but can not see at all how to change the thread title. I do like this suggestion if anyone can give me a hint..

    Go to your 1st post and click edit, then click go advanced

    Then you can edit the thread title which will be shown in a box above the contents of the post and save the changes ;)
