Webmail attachments

Hi,

I use google chrome for my work outlook webmail and was wondering if anyone knows why i cannot attach documents to an email.

I have tried dragging documents to an email message and also using the paperclip, but nothing happens.

Does this issue occur if you try using a different browser other than Chrome?

Also try in Incognito mode, which might tell us if the issue is caused by a faulty Chrome extension (Incognito disables extensions).

Also might be worth clearing the cache and cookies.

Hi, Thanks for the information.

I have cleared the cache and cookies and tried using incognito and still doesn't work.

The attachments are fine in firefox.

I have also tried, in chrome, the 'light' version of webmail option that my webmail client gives me and attachments are fine there too.

thanks, doesnt look like it is to be solved any time soon.
Looking at that forum, seems like people have had problems for months, whereas I used webmail to send an attachment only a few weeks ago.

Oh well, looks like i will have to move to firefox, even though chrome is my fave I have to use webmail. c'est la vie.
