Applied for a Yorkshire CC, got a letter saying my application didn't have sufficient info on application to continue, so I need to ring them, I filled in all the info they asked for, any idea what other info they need?

You are probably borderline between acceptance and rejection. So the bank wants more information (about your financial circumstances, presumably) which, depending on the answers, will swing the decision one way or the other.
If you don't contact them, it will be an outright rejection.0 -
This isn't uncommon.
They may want some documentary evidence from you to back up something on the application, or may just want to clarify something from your application (perhaps if something appears inconsistent with what is showing on your credit files for example).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
