I make batches of soup usually from a chicken carcass & freeze it in batches to take to work for lunch, I also take leftovers from the evening before.

If you cook extra pasta, rice or potatoes with your evening meal, you can make nice salads for the next day.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

I take leftovers - shep pie, tuna pasta, chilli, soup etc. Today's is risotto - not sure whether to eat it hot or cold though
But I also bake a whole batch of baked potatoes and freeze them (have about 8 in my freezer at the mo). Then just take one out at night and put in fridge to defrost - at lunch zap for 2 mins and add baked beans or tuna etcworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
