Transfer my mortgage to my Dad

I want to transfer my mortgage to my dad so it is in his name but I will make the monthly payments to him but I need the mortgage out of my name because I want to apply for help to buy Scotland can someone tell me how I can go about this?

Fraud is a criminal offence, don't think MSE approve of this helpDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I think this is called fraud.
Sell the house to your father but even then I believe Help to Buy is for first time buyers which sadly you will never be because you own a home!0 -
Help to Buy Equity Loan England is not for FTB'ers only, the only pre-requisite is that you are selling your only home beforehand.I think this is called fraud.

HTB Scotland is open to anyone buying a new build property but only if it's going to be your only property, much like the scheme south of the border.
Not that it matters because you can't transfer a mortgage into someone else's name anyway.0 -
