Reclaiming PPI post IVA

Hi guys I was in an IVA which finished in January 2014. Previously I had at least 2 credit cards with PPI on them (Halifax and MBNA) Do I have any chance of reclaiming this, or would it be mopped up to my IVA? Thanks TrainGeek

OK, what sort of valid complaint reasons are there?

It's so long ago that I can't remember - I know I must have got my MBNA card in approx 2000-2001 and my Halifax was before that I'm sure.

For credit card PPI, things like work sick pay covering you for a substantial period or the policy not covering you if self-employed (some are particularly onerous making it hard to claim on them) - basically why you feel it wasn't suitable for you
