Options
a freind has a HP Stream ll
and wants to print something off
can they connect up to a printer with either cable or wifi
too print out or does it have to be via cloud ?

    They can print via cable or wifi for it. THey might need to install some software for the printer though

    Suggest you edit, 'go advanced' and change the thread title to something specific such as 'Printing from a Chromebook'.
    Why have you spelt the word 'to' differently in the same sentence?

    Silly answer alert:

    Stick two pencils up your nose and put a pair of underpants on your head, that should do the trick.

    One wonders why you contribute to a techie forum when you make suggestions like this:

    Chrome books use a Linux kernel where as the Stream uses Windows, they are mutually exclusive.

    other off us did not,i posted here to get help with a problem,,
    not an spelling lesson,

    Apologies (I know next to nothing about kernels :)), I knew the Stream was a 11.6" SSD job and just assumed it was a Chromebook.

    It's less do with education and more with laziness. You know very well 'alert' isn't spelled 'alart' or that 'an' doesn't precede 'spelling'.
