Partial settlement vs full settlement

Just wondering how it would affect my credit history if ive cleared all my debts but the majority were done as partial settlement.
Will these make much of a difference if they were fully paid.
As they are all around 2+ years old is it worth just allowing time for these to drop off now?

Presumably all of the account show as defaulted?
If so then in general it is unlikely that the partial settlements are making your credit file look any worse than the defaults are already doing.
Each account entry will drop off 6years after the default date on file, which may be a lot sooner than 6years from the partial settlement date.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
