British Airways routes to escalate complaint

Hi, as you see on an earlier thread I am not able to get British Airways to fulfil the most basic of requests, provide a statement of a cancelled break we booked with them.

I now need to escalate this and I am looking for routes to follow. Having recently lost a close relative the way we are being treated is disgusting.

I do not believe there is an ombudsman to cover airlines, so I am looking for routes to complain. Thus far I have thought of the following:

CAA

Secretary of State for Transport

https://www.gov.uk/government/ministers/secretary-of-state-for-transport

Shadow Secretary of State for Transport

I wonder if anyone knows if the contact details of BA Board Members are publicly available?

Looking on Linkedin it appears that Denize McGregor is their Customer Service Director, will need to trace some way to contact.
