Texts cost £1.50 + 1 standard network rate message (To refuse marketing texts end SMS with NO INFO.)
Calls from BT landlines cost no more than £1.54 (other networks may be higher and mobiles considerably more)
Entrants must be 18+. Entries after lines close at 5pm on Sunday 31st May will not count & may still be charged.
Post closes at 5pm on Thursday 4th June. T&Cs available here

unfortunately the free online entry has stopped for the majority of ITV comps now and they only have post/text/phone entry options now, I think GMB is the only one to still offer free online entryYou never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
