If Recuva cannot see your drive then the next step would be a local PC repair shop .0 -
You did the right thing going into the users\<your name> folder.
It's quite normal for it to say - you don't have permission would you like to add it?
This process (the green line) can sometimes take hours .... I would leave it a little and see what happens.
The fact that you can access the disk is a good sign.0 -
