for first time ever I sent email to customer support,expecting to wait at least 2 days, received phone call 3hours later and after telling about complaint ,sorted out in a very helpful way, nice to have someone listen and sort out there and then.

I also had a similar experience - I sent an e-mail one evening, got a personal call the next day, proper conversation not just going through a script and apology vouchers arrived by post within 3 days. Excellent customer service

Morrisons customer service is, in my opinion one of the best I've ever encountered. I've glad a complaint twice about food being past it's sell by (in 2 different stores I hasten to add) and both times within a day of complaining I was contacted. Similarly with their online food delivery which I do regularly is fantastic and always correct/on time.

Yes, their customer service is excellent. I emailed them about a £5 voucher that I should have received, but didn't. I got an email reply in a day, a phone call a day later and as promised, I got my voucher at my next transaction.

I've already got £40 in vouchers that I'm saving for Christmas, and I've got £7 off my next £50 shop. I love Morrisons!

We are up to £50 on our card too barbie doll and my boyfriend goes in (whereas I order the heavy stuff online) and he gets money off/opoints coupons regularly
