I want to put this holiday video onto a VCD to send to someone, but I know it will not fit on 1 disc,is there a way I can split this video into 2 X 45 mins and get it on 2 discs?
I do not have a dvd burner so thats out other wise I would put it on a dvd,I have Nero if that is any help at all

I'm pretty sure this free oftware can do that. It has a wizard feature that sets up for VideoCD format. I cant check here cas I'm at work but I'm sure I've split one large video file into two smaller segments.
I cant find a guide for you at the mo cas my work uses a daft firewall and it blocks pages that include the words 'copying' 'encoding' 'weather' 'travel' 'finance and investment' 'games' 'automative' 'voilence' 'fun' etc etc etc
Anyone?0 -
If it's in an AVI format you can split it using Virtual Dub (which is free), here's a tutorial.

If it's in MPEG format then I don't know of any free MPEG splitters."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -
