Im just glad that cooking still on the curriculem.its really useful for kids to have a basic knowledge.do they still have workwork and sewing and arts and crafts?am out of loop cos I left many moons ago,.
I would go with unsalted butter to be safe, can always add but cant take it away.

I use FHR airport parking & hotel. If you book a few months in advance you get quite a good price.

I've got 8 days parking and hotel on return for £57.80 at the end of July.

Either will be fine FC. Often sweet recipes call for a pinch of salt in the dough. I don't worry if I only have salted for baking, most butters are only slightly salted nowadays anyway. x

Now the 1st thing we were taught in Home Eco was Always wash your hands before you start, they should be taught Food Hygiene as well these days, my 27 year old daughter was when she was at school:)
