Please can we forget the politics. It is not appropriate to discuss this. This is a money-saving site.

    Thanks.

cjj.....don't think anyone answered your question. I haven't received an email from mighty deals and there's nothing in my account to say I have to spend a further £5.

    So I'll just sit tight:)

I haven't had this email either. And like you there's no indication on the account that more money needs to be spent.
I haven't used mighty D since we bought the shell fuel vouchers a long while ago.

    1. We have a first past the post voting system - everyone standing for election stood on this basis. Everyone voting voted on this basis. They are the rules, the result is the result whether you agree with it or it went your way, or not.
    2. If people are not happy with the results, get more people to support and vote for the manifestos for the other parties and they will then be more likely to be voted in.
    3. Given the opportunity, the British electorate voted to keep the existing voting system and rejected the proposed alternative. If you didn't vote to keep the current system, the majority did as they were not convinced by the alternative.
    4. I thought we were moving on!

but even on total votes conservatives won. then labour then ukip then lib/dems with snp 5th. with the latter having less than half of which ukip got. proportional representation yes id go for that.

ILTS, you'll need to edit your post because it's got a shortened 10ways link in it (the reason being they stand to make money per click and MSE doesn't like that ;))

Done :) thanks for letting me know :)

I'm not going to pm you BTS I'd rather say it openly. I don't agree with most of what you say but I love some of your posts. I am British, love the Scots and also with an Irish family pretty much love everyone.
I'm too old to argue with anyone over politics, I've seen too much that I can't unsee.
Love you to stay if only because as someone who posted another day, your signature is very inspired and truly funny.

:T:T:T:T:T I have to agree, the Scottish are part of my British family

(I have to admit I have started to skip all political posts.. I went on holiday to escape the politics!)
