    Good morning:wave:

I found the apple fairy... Thanks aau1 and tiny for pointing me in the right direction, I took it the cs desk and it scanned at £1.54:eek::eek: so that got put back..

Same in my store...back to £1.54. (Yesterday 50p and glitching nicely). I'm sure it was exactly the same one (barcode ending in 55). Strange! I wonder if it was never supposed to be 50p RTC ?!

I bought some tonight 50p RTC. I only bought 5 though and put in my muggle shop. I still have quite a stash of WUL and probably wrongly read on my skip through it wasn't working. Thanks OP

Thanks to OPs of radox and Olay wipes. Bought these on a shop tonight and they worked (on old APG) and thanks to the :A who checked it for me

They have done this on various rtc before - it could be a packaging change, slight difference in size/formula, moving an overstock to clear space for themselves (or for their supplier), changing the range in that store. The twin pack cheese did the same and is available again at full price. They also sometimes do it after promos like cleaning events when they have different stock to the range normally instore.

No point dwelling on it too much, if it is back to full price it is time to move on ;).

Do the pre-orders work out a good deal on points though even if you don't actually buy the games like COD. You can pay the deposit collect the points but not buy the game when it comes in?

I believe in previous offers online you paid the full price to release the points, instore you paid £5 and got 500 points without needing to pick up the game, hence instore preferred if available.

I got "a few" with previous deals then eventually managed to cash out the vouchers too by getting the game when on offer (some months after release) and trading in or selling the game. A bit of a faff and still have a couple of vouchers, but I don't like losing the £5 (even though £5 for 500 points on some deals is still a good deal!).
