Just received another mailing from Sains, with "Great offers you won't want to miss" apparently. Oh yes, I will want to miss every single one of them!

Innocent Smoothies at 2 for £3 when similar ones are available in M at £1. Beef Joint at £6/kg:eek:. Pringles on 2 for £3 that go down to £1. Colgate toothpastes and pumps - £1.50:eek: they want for them! I've seen them down to £1, and slightly better than that, elsewhere! I've no idea about their "was" price of £2.50:eek::eek: that may look like a saving of £1 that represents paying at 50p too much! (And that's even without consideration of CB:rotfl: or expected 10%s elsewhere at other times. More to the point, I don't need any toothpaste at all at the moment! Not going to be taken on to spend, and spend more money therefore! This is a money-saving site lol:rotfl:.)

It continues... oh yes, still no good... Coke cans on 2 for £5 that have previously glitched elsewhere - £2.50 each:eek::eek: and paying twice, not my price! Finally, Cathedral City 350g cheese at £2.50 that goes down to £2 or under elsewhere:rotfl::rotfl:. I think they'll all, fwiw, £2 at M at the moment (so, maybe, Avs M - and, even there, even at £2 yet alone £2.50, still in excess of my £5/kg price, that itself is very very poor IMO - we've had much much better prices elsewhere before on various cheeses (no need to go for expensive branded:rotfl:) and none of them at £2 get to reaching any of my prices).

So, none of them at all! Poor Sains. - they'll have to cut even further if they are to attract me:rotfl:. I think I'll stay at home and save all the money by not shopping!:D:j No need for any of these items at present anyway. They've even not got me by a £4 off £20 spend!:rotfl::rotfl: But, for now at least - of course I've kept the vouchers 'just in case' - I've decided that I haven't amassed enough Nectar points to pay for the rest of the bill outright(:money::rotfl:) - I'm not spending money in order to get Nectar points(:rotfl::eek:) - any money I'd spent would be far more than any amount deducted off a future bill - and I'd be spending in the order of a double figure spend more than I need to in order to get a few quid off. I might pop to Aldi or Lidl later for the single item I might need - maybe the Lidl that's directly opposite my Sains:rotfl: - and probably pay far less for it (than any equivalent, often an expensive brand, in S - they're all made in the same factories aren't they really?:rotfl:).

So, none of the offers that they "don't want me to miss" are any good or even "great" IMO!

Meanwhile, in other news;), I notice below (which will be above, once I post), reports of the Fairy failing to appear at all on the new site. That does accord with what I expected, as it was said it wasn't on a.com by one of us on here yesterday. On the old site, meanwhile, it does seem we needed to buy over 10 - i.e. 11 - in order to cause the full price (sadly, an option, as you know to absolute boredom by now:rotfl:, that wasn't available to me anyway). Anyway - I feel robbed!:rotfl::rotfl::D:

    http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/fairy-liquid-lemon-1050ml-50p-from-asda-1850732

Strangely, it seems they've marked all the 630ml - even at 50p which I can confirm is genuine - as spam on UKHD, or at least they had when I looked last night. Seems a good (or maybe not in the light of 1050ml 13 months ago:rotfl:) deal there is marked off as spam and they miss it:wall::rotfl:!

I shouldn't be here anyway (but glad I am as postie has just delivered a large delivery, that I would have missed had I not been up - nothing special, just stuff I needed being bought cheaper online) as I've not had a very good sleep in advance of tonight - maybe my body only needs 5 hours as I'm not drooping down tired or anything! Hey, I'm still young and fit and can handle anything!:D:j

I'll catch a few more winks later - should be enough. Anyway, 4 hours away, then 1 hour up and 4 hours back in bed again is absolutely fine! Not sure even if the first 4 hours is broken up and hardly 3 of any consistent stretch at all:rotfl::( - but never mind!:rotfl:

    Bar code 92055 the same.

Only works on old system and only if bought more than 10.Don't ask me why. It's a mystery.Maybe the 10 rule is conflicting with in the rule on comparing with price paid in store but then I would have thought 10 would work.

i have never come across this before on the thousands of wombles that I have checked.

    Old system
    Shop 11.30

    i bought 11

Thank you. As we have seen this consistently for the past day, has anyone any theories as to why the old system is matching £1.54v£1 (or £3.08v£2 given the match elsewhere) when 11 are bought at 50p each, but not when 10 or less are bought? It can't be the normal RTC overridden by the multi price issue/glitch that we have experienced previously, as this is relying on 11 or more for it to glitch.

    Many thanks

Ok, thanks for that :) There was only 4 on the shelf...4 at 50p each with wombles won't break the bank though ;)

Oh thank you, I'm always in need of apples that are cheaper than the way expensive ones in Mr A! I'll also have a look, just for myself, at the Lidl details you've also posted:T.
