I'm wondering what happens if you reject items in an order to a higher value than the cash paid (if you've paid for it using mostly APGs). Has anyone ever done this please and did it work ok? TIA
I have had mixed results on this.
one time not at my normal store I rejected a toaster. I ordered a 4 slice and they subbed with a two slice. the guy said refund will go to my bank 3-5 days. well nothing arrived and I didn't want to complain (because of vouchers used) anyway about 3 weeks later I had a email saying my refund was being processed and I had It a couple of days later.
another time at my normal store I rejected a couple of things and only got the value of my order refunded as the little machine wouldn't let the guy refund more than my order.
so now if I order some home items and it is subbed I accept it and get a refund instore. hth

    Hello everyone

Hope you are all ok? Havnt been around for a while as been so busy with work, but I am still here.

Seems to be lots of glitches lately I've missed most of them.

Somebody mentioned this morning about a 40% code for brantano can some one point me to the correct thread for the code please??

    Thanks

No trigger, buy in twos (Tikka only, not the other varieties), compares £5 v £1 AvM.
