Oh I'm hopelessI know I will be gutted if I don't do it as it will ruin the holiday as I'm already getting stressed but why is that not enough to stop me eating :cool: on the plus side I made two salads for today but ended up eating them both at once:eek: and I wasn't hungry but at least it was healthy just a shame all the chocolate ruined it. Focus is what I need... I gave up smoking 8 years ago and did that easy enough so I'm sure I can do it
