That said, I had an offer of about 52p:( vs Morries on the old, that got upped to (a little better) £1.08 vs Sains:rotfl: on the new - yes, I had access to both systems again.
I'm not sure about tomorrow, for the Morries check, as I have family that could do with me being around rather than being at M - probably useless anyway as I think I saw the Italian Spag. Bologn. comparing against full price for M - after all that - so if there's any glitches (and I hear there were some today) you've just have to go for the 10p Haribos vs M, if the glitch items work out 'best' vs M - but then you probably save a lot more money anyway than buying substantive stuff and getting adverse comparisons vs M:rotfl:. For the sake of a day, I might go back to the Ms on Wednesday, will see how it goes tomorrow morning. I probably will end up going:rotfl:.
I might get round to posting the two comps. on the 50p/£1.08 shop if I can be bothered. I got the new site on Chrome, which is easy to post, but the old site was only on the other browsers which meant a pasted comp. will need sorting out!!
I noticed the Fairy WUL is a glitch (seems to be in twos) vs Morries - but, really - is it worth the effort I wonder? - only contributes about £1.25-odd back from the original £2 on them.
That's it, I'm going again now. Can't be bothered:rotfl:.
I thought the WUL was cheaper in-store than on A com #CHEEKY :cool:0 -

I went into my local A this morning for some normal shopping with my wife and daughter to get some bits for a bbq. I noticed a woman that I knew to be management looking in my direction and speaking to someone on her mobile.
Anyway, we carried on putting various bits in our trolley and 5 minutes later, this manager pulled me aside and asked if she could talk to me privately.
She told me that what I have been doing is not in the spirit of the apg scheme and I am therefore, from today, banned from using apg vouchers in the store. This is my only store within 20 odd miles so this decision effectively kills off instore glitching for me.
Probably my own doing as I got too friendly with some SAs (to make spending large apgs easier), however, it appears that some jealous SAs overheard conversations and went to management.
Might have to have a voddie or two tonight to get over the shock..:o:o
Just adding my own commiserations to you SFSB
Havent managed to keep up with the thread for a few months now until this week, but appreciate the help you have always given to the Elite that most of us have benefited from to some extent at least.
Hope that given a few months of lower profile shopping that you can resume - if APGing even survives the changes and new site, collection agencies etc.
Presumably you can still purchase locally to generate APGs, and then just travel once in a while to spend them ?
But in any case, just remember as others have said, this sort of thing has a finite life anyway - just think about the Tesco DTD fiasco.
I was not lucky enough to benefit from the Tesco RnR bonanza, or the unlimited Coupon use policy. But no doubt there will be another supermarket farce before too long ?0 -
Evening Elite. Pleased to say I got some handwashes today though I did pick up 2 of the larger size by mistake, but hey ho, that's how it goes. I'll be more careful next time
ShortFatScotsBloke - so sorry to hear your experience today, not nice for you at all, though at least it was done tactfully and you didn't react badly. Hope you can still make the most of APG's in other ways. Thank you for all the work you have put in on finding and testing glitches in the past, you are LEGEND :kisses2:
That looks like one of my shops bexter - if in doubt, KTC kidney beans, mixed beans, chick peas, alway a safe choice :j
WHAT!!! Well done that lad :T:T
I was quite pleased with this shop…. better than 10p sweeties for me….. well, until I had to stack them in the pantry!!! Think Jenga, and you're on the right lines :rotfl:

Haha, mine have been added to my remaining stash of 5Beanz and baked beans which is slowly going down. As a vegetarian trying to become vegan not ready to call myself vegan yet and also on a diet, I find these much better fillers for me. Though the odd flump does slip in occasionallyMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

sfsb sorry to hear about your apg suspension
Maybe once the new 'improved / fixed' apg has been rolled out they might reconsider it, meanwhile perhaps give HO a call#CHEEKY :cool:0 -

Was awol yesterday due to dgd coming to stay.
Was left babysitting and despite a day of long walks and swimming, half hour after mummy and daddy went out she tip toed down the stairs.
Watched antiques roadshow together then dgd announced it was time for us both to go to bed. To be honest she didn't seem sleepy but when I woke up half hour later madam was asleep:T really enjoyed our quiet time together as rarely get any. My babysitting is usually waking her for nursery run.
Very busy but lovely few days:T
Not sure if I like the name Charlotte very much. Would have preferred Victoria but will get use to it in time.
Just placed a HD for redox, dove and olay wipes. Thanks to the ops of these glitches. I think from reading back redox in 2s no trigger and dove in 3s again no trigger. Olay I copied zippy shop.
Do not know but presume a HD is new apg site.
Only have a couple of small in store apg's to use.

I love the name. It's a nudge towards them being independent and doing what they want to do.

Snap:rotfl::rotfl:Where are you?
We got here on Friday. Good flight apart from a snotty steward. DH came back from the loo so I undid my seat belt and stood up to let him back in his seat. Mr snotty appeared and said " the seatbelt sign is on you need to sit down".I gritted my teeth and said "I know, but had to undo it so I could let my DH back in his seat. Why do they speak to people as if they are idiots:eek:
I've just caught up. We had no internet for 2 days. It made us realise how much we rely on it.
The island is very parched as there has been little or no rain for a couple of months. The birds are coming to our balcony for drinks as there is no fresh water puddles. The only good thing is that there are no mozzies about.:D
I will post some pics once we get out and about. We spend the first few days acclimatizing and sleeping:rotfl:
Hope you are all well. Off to do a muggle hd shop from A for ds2, to use up a biggish apg.

A friend who recently became veggie swears by a spirilizer. Says it makes veg more interesting. Also good for the diet if you turn veg into a substitute for pasta.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. FC I've been keeping an eye on this, are you still buying lucozade sport ?
If the multi is missing on Wednesday then will be net cost of £1.25 each (assuming £3.50 and 2 for £5 - bought in 2s)
However, you might just want to buy some before the price increase!#CHEEKY :cool:0
