Kids just got back from their Dad's. He has announced to them that this was the last weekend they were sleeping at his, as they're "too old" to stay at his. They're 17 and 16.

Seriously, what a complete **** (sorry savvy I haven't typed an expletive, just decided to put the stars in so could people could insert whatever word they wanted, but know you don't like them. :o)

No discussion with me, no discussion with them.

Don't get me wrong, its no hassle to me, I love spending time with them. It just makes me cross that he can opt out of parenting whenever he chooses, and also the fact he doesn't seem to want to spend time with them. He only has them every other weekend, so not loads.

He already knocked holidays on the head with them the year before last, decided they were "too big" to take on holiday.

I have texted him to say I look forward to getting an increase in my maintenance, as what he pays is based on him having them 2 nights a fortnight. I doubt he will bother replying, he normally doesn't.

Edited to add: I had to post before I'd finished as DD was lurking and thought she might read!

It isn't about the maintenance at all, although to be honest she should increase it if he isn't having them, as I will be feeding them, running them around etc, and he currently gets a discount for it but won't be doing it. Its the fact that he can just randomly decide he is going to opt out of parenting with absolutely no discussion with anyone, that he doesn't consider the kids or the impact it has on them or how they might feel about it. I wouldn't expect him to consider me, he takes pleasure out of winding me up.

He is such a selfish man, it makes me furious.

Buy half amount and will reduce the size of apg:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Bubbs, that wont work sorry, the size has nothing to do with the amount. its to do with the site having no size limit like the old one.

did you think the higher the value the bigger the size of the voucher size?

plus if I buy 50% less it will take 50% longer and at the end of the day I would have 50% less from asda

Doves scanned at £3 - so messed up with those slightly, but the hob nobs are definitely worth getting - choc chip give best return - scan at 97p but are showing on apg at £1.25 so working out about 35p a packet x (will only work for those on new apg site as results above are on old site.)
