Me and two teenagers, so always plenty of washing to do here! I prefer the liquid/liquid tabs, find that keeps for ever.

Not sure what happened to your softener, I better remember to go out and shake the bottles every now and then! :rotfl:

If the temperature goes too low it tends to congeal. Can hep if you add a bit of hot water to it otherwise it clogs up the w/machine drawer.

    Hello Nanny :D
We are clever;):rotfl: i am not happy with those fairy liquid tabs i have tons off:( i will be firing an email to them! these are not dissolving and they are new to me:(

The only problems I've had with the liquitabs in the past is the plastic not dissolving properly. :(

I'm currently working my way through a stack of Persil tablets with the gel layer on the top and they aren't dissolving properly on a 30 degree quick wash or 30 degree normal wash. They do dissolve on a 40 full wash though even though the box says 30 degree compatible. Also, this new washing machine I have, the damn net bag falls to the front 50% of washes and sits trapped under the door. I never had that with my old machine. :(

To all you gardeners out there.

I want to grow tomatoes and runner beans again this year. I've got seeds BUT am I too late in starting them off this year?

I went to a smallish garden centre near here but they wanted what I thought was too much for small plants £1.50-£2 for one tomato plant. Is this normal price?

There is a car boot sale in the village tomorrow - no idea on whether there will be plants there but likely to be some. What is the more MSE price to pay for runners & tomatoes?

I know we've had some frosts recently so wonder if I should just plant up the seeds myself today/tomorrow OR am I rather late starting?

    Any help appreciated.

Mine was stored in my bedroom wardrobe and adding warm water didn't do anything at all. :(
