OK, thanks, I'll amend my post then; have seen complaints on COS FB and HUKD so thought it's been over for everyone; seems to be then account specific; noticed last year that there were also differences between iphone and android versions...

I have it husband doesn't. Android phones. Cos was OK this week for me. Cs had to chase x
