Picked up a few bits in asda today for a non-glitchy shop. Handed over my small apg and young sa said I can't take that as from today you need to buy 8 items to use an APG!. Really I said(lol). Apparently she was told this by a manager this morning. I said perhaps she would like to call someone over to confirm this and she said well I will let you use just this once! I said are you sure you are not getting confused that you need to buy 8 items to get an apg and she looked at me blank!
52p on tcb for price for your car with we buy any car. Takes under a minute to do - every little helps.
I was told that I couldn't use apg for more than 10% payment of a shop, I sent the sa to check and she came back and said "I will let you use it this time " lol.0 -
asset2004....thank you for highlighting the issue with the Birdseye cashback from CS yesterday. I might not have noticed this if you had not mentioned it. I raised the issue on both mine and DH's account last night, and both have been credited correctly now...so thanks!
Asset Thanks from me too, I checked and mine wasn't showing so I too emailed last night £3 credited :T
I'm great at doing the shopping but not too great at keeping track of if cash back is paid or not... I need to be a bit more organised0 -
Evening all and evening Bubbs (sorry wasn't ignoring you last night),
Well am new to this but here is my two pennies worth, do with it what you will.
Tesco vouchers arrived today, 2 x £6 off £40 spend and 4 x £4 off £40 spend. I am going to spend these probably mostly on Felix AGAIL but then get some essentials for the week. I will be checking on MSM to get a good deal and then spend £40 to get £6 off. Whether this is the best way to use I don't know but its my plan.
I have a £30 m and s food voucher to use by end of May that I got from. The credit card.
This leaves me with some APG about £30 worth that I will use probably next weekend.
Made a complaint to a car dealership that completely misled me and that's with customer services of my cars make.
On the plus side I got the letter ML was on about from sentinal. So pleased because I searched and searched to see if I had any documentation and its been 'lost' in 3 moves so I'd written any possible claim off. I've voted just to post tomorrow.
Right off for a good read through this thread for today's posts and see what you've all been up too.
Maybe more later, have a good one folks x
