    asset2004....thank you for highlighting the issue with the Birdseye cashback from CS yesterday. I might not have noticed this if you had not mentioned it. I raised the issue on both mine and DH's account last night, and both have been credited correctly now...so thanks!

    Good afternoon :(just been told my boiler is uneconomical to repair:eek: I need to speak saga as they do not cover the replacement cost ,but I do believe they give you £250 towards a new one so need to get my head round this as was not prepared for this huge expense at the moment:(

    Seeing other peoples troubles on here today I feel mine is very small compared but feel better offloading to you all..thankyou x

    Sorry to hear that. Check into the various green replacement schemes before you commit - depending on your financial situation and the terms of of the different schemes it may be possible to get grants towards the cost.

    It's fortunate that it's gone now, rather than in the middle of winter. Your new one will be so much more economical :)
