So today's aim was to do all the odds and sods shopping mainly using gift cards, MOCs, APGS, TPPs etc - fine in theory but all of my gift cards were not scanning - Asda, Sainsburys, b and q - all had to be manually added - there is a lot to be said for paper vouchers, at least they don't hold the queue up

In tesco I got some umbongo using the 50p MOCs - both flavours were 64p - some fortunate person found a 32p variety earlier in the week. I also had a 50p till spit for Iams so at least that brought it down a bit and with my TPP I got my shop to under a pound :D
The best bit was checking my receipt. I sent off some inks a few weeks ago and the points are now showing
Also I had to send back some boosts I had a problem using and after some negotiating they agreed to add them back on as 'change' - I've rung them a few times worried about them but the points have now gone back onto the total
so that's 2 big things off the Things To be Very Worried about list :)

Also managed to collect 2 bags of things to go in the !!!!!! food bank collection

Asda had no reduced cat food :( but Sainsbobs did - always putting some versions on clearance, all gone in my store except I did get a few 30p Sheba trays and a reduced bashed Sheba sachet box - not dirt cheap but at least its a change of food, my three are always changing their minds as to what they will and won't eat.

Also in Asda I found Debbie sausages in the reduced cabinet :T and I had the mymail MOC in my folder with me - again not dirt cheap but these are better quality sausages and they are Yorkshire

marks car park was so full we could not even get on it so no late afternoon bargain hunting in Marks today

I am supposed to be out in the garden now putting plants in but the wind is vile ...

Also in Sainsburys the new Gardeners World magazine comes with the annual 2 for 1 discount card to loads of different gardens all around the country up until early 2016
Also gardening. Gloves and 6 packs of seeds - total £5.99
I used £5 of nectar points and 99p in real money.

This would make a nice little gift for someone - maybe in a suitably decorated hessian bag for life with other gardening things you have collected in the sale :)
