Strange thing yesterday I returned an item of clothing that had been part paid for by

An APG ....the lady on CS said she would have to check with her boss that I could have

A refund of the APG ....though I had said I would have it on a gift card..... she said no

Things are changing every day so I must get my superior to sanction the refund so ....

Off she trots to ask comes back and said it can go on a gift card ....wonder if they are

going to change the policy on returns on APG or just trying to scare me ....... So I

hand gift card over only to be told that's not the right gift card ....apparently they are

numbered ....a bit more fuss then she decides she can put it on the wrong gift card this

Time ....but must be correct gift card ....next time ......
