As someone pointed out earlier a link will only take you to whichever site you currently have on your device. if you have the old site a 'link' to the new site will still take you to the old site

ETA which means there aren't 2 sites. There are just 2 versions of the same site

I've started physiotherapy and and spend a lot of time exercising to get mobility and strength back.

It's not agony, but boring and annoying.:(

Need to stack up some zeds. Pillow harbour beckons.:)
