Our buses are very expensive - the 3 mile trip yesterday cost me £2.50 :mad: and even then I had a 20 minute walk - our nearest bus stop only has a bus once an hour.

I had a phone call giving he 10 minutes notice for a wood chip delivery :eek:

FOUR hours later, and five other people, it's all away from the allotment gate and mostly piled up in various places on my plot. Thank god for wheelbarrows :rotfl:

I am absolutely hanging I did more than 12,000 steps just doing all that!

ooh thanks, is the tikka working as well as the jalfrazi or instead of? of up to sis for a week and have to fill the fridge for dh and ds1leaving them to fend for themselves!:eek::rotfl:

Buses have gone daft up here different company's taking over routes I have enjoyed walking to work this week even though my legs ached today and yesterday Plus the weathers been fine

I know people who get a taxi to work and share the fare. Think it would cost a fiver in a taxi for mile and half .
