WishI'dReadSooner wrote: »Tonsillitis I had REALLY bad septic throats (FAR worse than tonsillitis) for well over 30 years at least 6 times a year. Thanks to a lovely lady I now have a CURE.:T:T I've probably mentioned it on here before - eons ago. I've not had a septic throat for over 15yrs!:T
At first sign of sore throat gargle with Tea Tree oil 1 drop per 10ml of warm to hot water. Do this 3-4 times a day. If throat is still sore in evening then start taking Bee Propolis Liquid £5.29 for 30ml - it lasts eons! http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/beehealth-propolis-liquid-60046383
Just use 4-5 drops normally 3-4 times a day (just like antibiotics) but take in warm water. I've even been known to put it in the dregs (50-100ml) of coffee. I don't think it tastes at all bad - if you do (unlikely) then take the capsules instead (1000mg capsules 1 or 2 x3-4times a day for 5-7days) Keep taking for 5-7 days (again like antibiotics). Dosage depends on how bad it is.
Bee Propolis is a natural antibiotic and wonderful to use as an antibiotic at the first sign of any infection.
OMG I SO suffered with my throat. Every time I had a septic throat it hurt to speak, couldn't swallow & always needed 2 x 2weeks antibiotics as 1 antibiotic wasn't enough and 1 week wasn't enough.
Since that wonderful lady told me about Bee Propolis I have ONLY once needed ANY antibiotics & that was for a totally different problem. Thank you you :A
Tea Tree and Bee Propolis are always in our house or with us when we go on holiday.
I've told many people about this and when we did shows I'd always have people coming back to me & thanking me profusely. Try it, it really does work! Save taking antibiotics for when you REALLY need them - they might also work then, instead of you becoming tolerant.
You can use for anything you need antibiotics for. I gave a neighbour who had a ear infection & 2 weeks of antibiotics had not touched it. 3 days later her infection had gone. However continue taking for at least 5 days in total for milder infection or 7 days for worse one.
My husband is suffering as we speak has had antibiotic today from doctor - I am going to get this tomorrow - thank you very very much :A0 -

Yes, if you put it in the freezer.
On a serious note, I have frozen a few and am not expecting any issues when I defrost and eat it.

So I done a semi muggle shop in A's today as I had 2 vouchers expiring tomorrow. Just went to put into in the apg webiste and I've got the new one (on FF) and it gave me a voucher for £2.44. Went onto Chrome and it's still the old version and I got a voucher for £3.50.
Must admit I haven't been doing too good a job of keeping up at the moment, so not quite sure what that is all about to be honest! I think I've seen something mentioned about it before. I really must do better at keeping up:rotfl:
Hi there everyone! I'm just coming in to this and I don't understand how you get a different voucher value from the same shop. I know the APG site (I assume the old one, whatever that is) went down for maintenance at some point in the last 24 hours, probably late night.
I've tried on Chrome (which is supposedly the old site) and on FF (supposedly the new) and both have powered by msm for me. I've checked the T&Cs on the FF website, which looks to me identical to the one I'm getting on Chrome, and it's still mentioning Morries prices updated twice per week, collected instore etc. Wonder if they're pulling the rug from me and changing things while I'm not looking?:rotfl:
My Sains. shop was abandoned:(. As is probably common knowledge to everyone, their dog, cat, fish and every other animal by the time I'm here way way late, the Curly Wurly, which did not show any mbuy on the SEL in my store, went through at full prices. So, either it is store-specific and I've missed out as it was not applicable in the store I happened to visit or clearly there were another five items bought on the earlier shop that picked up the 5 for £1 mbuy between them. If anyone paid 5 for £1 for five 10p flumps, personally, I think you were had:rotfl:.
Such a shame as no point buying any of my shop without the Curly Wurly - would otherwise be adding just normal essential items merely to reach the eight and getting only pence back:( and far less than the cost of any additional item (after APG) that I'd have to buy if I went after further than a 10p flump or fruit and veg. - just no point even bothering with the shop as I, if I am to get anything decent back, I'd be spending way beyond what I needed. So, if nothing extra comes on versus Sains. rather soon, I'll have to buy the essential items separately and then don't get any 10% off on them:(, so either way, they have caught me, and I end up overpaying them. I need the Lynx Shower gels suddenly to go onto 2 for £3 when no-one is looking so I can add a couple of those, otherwise it's pointless. A shame too as it seems the Trebor Softmints Peppermint, Trebor Extra Strong Mints and Wine Gums combo. would be back on again vs S.0 -

They only had bottle feed charts and he was very short when born but they don't that into account when weighing. They tried guilting me into adding supplement feeding with bottles. I think if I had been younger I would have given in and bottle feed for an easy life from the nagging (my mam was the worst mind you)
On my 2nd baby clinic I was breastfeeding DS and 2 girls were there with their babies and 1 of them said very loudly "eeehhhh what's she doing! That's disgusting and unnatural. Errrrh These (pointing at her breasts) are for my boyfriend only! yuck"
My poor dd1 only had three midwife visits in total, the first one a day after was so young and inexperienced she never touched mum or baby and only wrote "feediing well" on the notes and left.
Fortumately she is very keen on breast feeding despite having thrush inside her breasts, ouch......so her and baby are both having meds.
I have been telling her how clever she is and how much weight the baby is gaining, but we have had quite a few tears and baby is quite a groaner, probably due to the thrush.0
