Complaints can also be sent here, although its best to do this over the 'phone, as they have an internal pro forma to send to line managers.

Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.

I would be careful of handing out postal addresses. The string of letters after the Freepost Plus section identifies the specific office to which the post will be forwarded. It's unlikely that all UC claims are being dealt with at a single office, although that is possible at the moment. It definitely won't be true once UC expands.
If you need to confirm an address it's better to phone.0
