Ok - have emailed a few times with the eldest HS, she has agreed to instruct the solicitor to represent us jointly - I am waiting for the solicitor to confirm this. She was emailed last Thursday.
The solicitor should then apply for probate - the HS informs me that she will then have authority to sell the house and there will be an even split. I have requested a full financial breakdown of any assets.
She wants me to go ahead and remove the Caveat in the meantime which I am unwilling to do - I still feel she is trying to pull a fast one.
