Push button bath plug

We have a rolltop bath with push button bath plug, it leaks really bad and for ages have been using a sock around the base of plug to stop all the water going down the drain, enquired about getting a new plug but the local buildbase can only supply a full kit for around £20. The hole is 1 3/4 inch and I can't find anywhere that does even a normal plug that size.......anybody had this same problem?

Go to a plumbing merchants and get a new seal for your pop up plug.

searching for 44mm bath plug brings up plenty on ebay

Thanks everyone, didn't do much online research clearly, just looked in my local diy stores. Will try and get a new seal for existing plug first, Thanks.
